LuckyLundy
If you don't have this little coil, you need too! Robin and I, fight to use the one we have and need another one of these skunk buster coils.Until the next hunt,LuckyLundy
DOC
Got one of those little Sadie coils. And you are absolutely right. Anytime I have had a dry spell I go back to the little coils. They slow me down, make me take my time, and get into places where you can't stick a large coil. I ran a gully with an 18 inch coil and found nothing but trash. Went back with a little coil and half way up the gully stuck the coil between two bushes I could never have got the 18 inch coil into, WEE WOO, big time! 5.5 dwt nugget.Doc
beepinpete_WA
Well done Lucky & Doc, and yeah they are a red hot little sniffer coil Another "Must have" is the 17x11 NFAnow there's a nice piece of kit and worth every $$ too.Pete
AZNuggetBob
I agree guys, sometimes you just need the right tool for the job, sometimes DD if its hot ground or mono for max depth in light ground.. or smaller coil if its rocky or brushy. nvchris
Don't be fold by the small size they will still hit on larger targets at depth.I dug a 7 gram'er @ 14 inches last summer and it was a nice bright target.
