Admin nuggethunting Posted August 26, 2013 Admin Report Share Posted August 26, 2013 Hello All, A co-worker and customer of mine had his Son head over to Nome, Alaska about a month or so ago to dredge. They have been dredging on the recreational area just outside of Nome and struck a nice pocket of gold, yielding over 9 ounces in about 12 hours of dredging. The picture below is about 7.2 ounces of the gold melted down. The rest of the gold was a bit larger and not melted. I was told they were about 12 foot down and about 150 foot off-shore. Always great to see a happy dredger!Rob Allison
