Hi Rob ! 

As a nugget hunter myself, why doesent Minelab ever throw in a 8" minelab commander mono coil?  They always seems to push a coil that seems to get minimal use.

I would find great value in the 8" mono versus a 12 X15 DD

Hey Adam,

    That is great question, but I think we know the answer (or you do).   I would tend to agree here in the US, the DD's get used less for sure.  That being said, I'm sure that is why they are offer a FREE 15x12 DD vs. a very popular coil like the Minelab 8" Commander Mono.  The DD's in some places work very well, along with being able to discriminate iron.  I think majority of US nuggetshooters are using Mono's though.
