Hey Way2cool,

    We have always operated our business as we were the customer.  I know customers want prompt shipping, great service beyond the sale and also a phone call back if they missed us.  We do all this, but at times we have missed calls and customers have shopped elsewhere.  That is just the nature of walking away from the phones, or the customers really needing the product ASAP.  

We appreciate your business along with all the others out there.  Thanks for all the loyal and genuine support.  If anyone is looking for metal detectors or accessories related to metal detecting, we would love to earn your business and get you started out right.
