Dakota Slim
There has been a bunch down by Mexicali in the last couple of weeks. 5.4, 5.2, 5.1, 5.0 and too many 2's, 3's and 4's to count. They feel the 5.whatevers all the way over in Yuma, Blythe and even Quartzsite.
grubstake
According to the aztec and Mayan calendars, the end is DEC 21st 2012. Only 4 more years to try and get that one ozer for me. Maybe this is the leed-up to it. If Yellowstone blows, there should be a lot of gold to be found! If anyone is left to look for it. whats4supper
the ones south of mexicali are centered on an old volcano named Cerro Prieto, which is also the site of about 7 geothermal electrical plants, that produce enough electricity to power the states of Baja California Norte & Sur, and Sonora. Of course, some are offline now.Cerro Prieto is an interesting place. the water comes out looking like bread and milk, full of bicarbonate of soda.
