24K Refunds

Well, it's been 30 days, and I haven't heard a word from Elly regarding our refund. Has anyone heard anything?

Good luck trying to get Elly to willingly give you a refund. You'll probably have to sue her for it.

Wow! Thats really a bummer for the 24K members. But I do recall that the rest of the claims were open until they were sold.Although it sounds to me like you wouldnt even know if the open claims were sold anyway, because no one is even going to let you know. Sound like the current members are on their own. I guess if you only bought the memberships for the actual pushed claims than that would be a problem.

Exactly. As soon as she announced the sale, she said that the club would remain open and the other claims would be available until they are sold, but the website was IMMEDIATELY closed down. She was very kind to us, and we thought so much of her. When it first happened, she called me and said that we would be refunded, and I didn't even bring it up.
