As for the Arizona Creeks, I would recommend you gettting the book titled "Placer Gold Deposits in Arizona." This book will tell you most of the major gold bearing drainages in Arizona. DFG responded that the permits are paid for by the fees from the permitees. So they formally asked the judge for clarification. Until this is received DFG is still issuing permits.
