Hello Karl,

Welcome to the forums. You will find some great people here along with a wealth of information pertaining to metal detecting and prospecting.

Are you mainly drywashing around Pahrump, or are you nuggetshooting also? A good partner of mine, now passed on, found some nice nugget patches around Pahrump, NV.

Talk with you later,

Rob Allison

Hi Karl,

Don't worry if you don't get too many replies to a post,

that is not unusual, many people look in to take a quick look

and if they don't have anything to add, will move on.

Pahrump.

I used to work in the film business and we filmed a part of a film there (Rainman).

It was so hot that my shoes actually left little faint footprints in the pavement on the side of

the highway we were filming on. I always remember that.

I bet it is an amazing area to hunt in. Keep us posted on how it all comes together for you.

Welcome.

Flak

I joined them, but since getting a job, find it impossible to attend their outings--------Give them a try

Well welcome to the forums, I would have posted sooner, but I know nothing about that area, and my wife had heart surgery last month and I had heart surgery just under tweo weeks ago, so we are still on the mend. but there plenty of people on this forum that are snowbirds, that I'm sure have hunted or been in that area. Take care. Grubstake
