blueviking
So I finally took a drive up into the hills today, in California's Gold Country, to test my luck with the Infinium. I went to an area that had been previously mined many years ago. There were many quartz cobbles and boulders, piled over some nice red soil and decomposing slate bedrock. Should have been promising, right?... well, as you can see by the attached picture, I heard 14 beeps and dug 14 targets... only to be denied that elusive yellow metal 14 times. Instead, my haul was 13 square nails (or portions of them), and a tiny shard of another piece of iron. Oh well... maybe next time!
matt
Keep at it and one of these days the target will be golden!

fredm
where there is trash there may still be treasure...I would be cautious of keeping any relics unless you are on private land...the forest nazis think everything is protected...fred
