supafly136 Posted February 3, 2013 Report Share Posted February 3, 2013 got my new GPX 5000 from Rob Allison (hella guy to do business with). left indiana and been out here around antelope creek, been having a blast. found my first nugget 1.35g on my training day. and for anyone wondering, no way it could have been salted because he gave the option to hunt anywhere i wanted lol. took bout 3.5 to find the lil bugger lol. since then been detecting and sluicing, and sampling for my own claim. finally found 2 20 acre claims right next to each other and claimed em up! unfortunately have to be back in indiana so will be leaving in bout a week. cant be bak til august so rather than let a 6000.00 detector sit in the closet for half a year ill sell it before i go. will use the cash for my small business in indiana, which will finance my next trip. going to post it in the classifides.
