Grubstake1 Posted January 22, 2014 Author Report Share Posted January 22, 2014 When I worked at Bagby in the early 90's you could drive down stream under the bridge, about two miles, almost to a place called Whites Gluch, WQe had Dredge's everywhere, and on weekend, there was around 400 peple in there mining and camping, Days long gone in Calif. Lots of gold found. and its not too bad for detecting, when its that low. some great spots if you don't mind walking a couple miles up or down steam. I did some sniping there a couple of months ago and the moss was so bad it was hard to find bedrock!California is in trouble we need the rain. Dorthy is very sick. and its been a hell of a couple of month for us, with DRS. and all. Had Minor surgery on my eyes, I can look better now.
