offroaddriver Posted February 17, 2009 Report Share Posted February 17, 2009 I was wondering when you guys are out hiking around what is it you look for in an area? When do you know when to turn on that detector? I have read on here people that have hiked around for hours but didn’t find any good spots to detect. What is it you look for that lets you know that it is a likely spot for gold? I find some with my dredge and sluie but yet to with my detector.
