rockpup Posted August 31, 2010 Report Share Posted August 31, 2010 Ok real new mxt owner,just wondering if I am ground balancing right?Try the raise coil thing on what I think is trash free ground.Does not seem to run with a smooth threshold in coin/jew mode-but seems fine in relic mode.I use grey ghost headphones-the thershold sounds choppy-but garret phones sound much smoother?This is a used unit but seems to work right.I had a eagle spectrum i used in the same park and it ran smooth.Might just be me?I am running gain at pre-set(9) and disc at preset(5).Just wondering if I should run gain lower when Ground balancing.Any nebie mxt advice be great.
