oldies1955 Posted August 28, 2011 Report Share Posted August 28, 2011 Welp......went out and did some detecting a little south of Prescott.Met up with Bunk and he showed us around and helped us out. What a nice day. We got rained on....actually soaked. Fortunatly a friendwe met had the forsight to bring some garbage bags so we put them on and looked like goobers. It really rained and got nice and cold...for about 3 hrs...then the sun came out and we were sweating again! Didnt find anything but bullets, shells, wire and such detecting.I dug about a bucket of dirt and ran it through the trommel tonight.Got a nice chunky little picker and some flakes.Steel and bird shot.Need to go suck the area with my vac when it dryer. Not much but heck, just getting up there and out of the heat was great!Dropped back down into PHX and kept watching the odometer thermostat climbing to 113 ICK!!!
