barry
I found a new spot, the gold is really rough and most has hemitite attached. The big one weighs 1.55ozt,and the remainder weighs .950ozt. The GPX 5000 and Coitek 14 X 9 worked well in this patch, the ground was covered with chunks of burned timber remants and ash which sounds off similar to a nugget so I had to check each signal on the tracking GB to sort out the false signals. Is there an accurate method to determine the gold weight of the big nugget? Thanks for looking.
