Have an opportunity to detect tailings, hopefully bedrock also, of active placer mine this summer outside of Dawson City. Fine gold recovered from virgin ground processed in plants screening at 5/8" and 3/4". Anything bigger hopefully kicked out. Questions: Has anyone here detected up there? and from your experience our there nuggets and quartz/gold pieces being found in the tailings of these finer placer gold mines? Thanks!
