GDM/PV Posted May 5, 2014 Report Share Posted May 5, 2014 Is there anyone who knows of any Gold Prospecting areas (using a Metal Detector) in any of the streams tributaries, or mountains around Lake Havasu City ??? Many pounds of gold have been found on those claims over the years. They have been hit hard, but the potential is still there. GDM/PV Posted May 7, 2014 Author Report Share Posted May 7, 2014 Hello Rob,Yes, I pulled up their website and got a glimpse of some of the nuggets that had been found on their claims. I wish that I lived closer, as I wouldn't mind exploring some of those "alluvial fan areas over there. Starting to get too Hot over there now though.
