Admin nuggethunting Posted March 8, 2015 Admin Report Share Posted March 8, 2015 Hello All, Here is a short video of a Gram sized nugget I found at about 8 inches with the new GPZ 7000. Pounded this ground with SD's, GP's and my GPX 5000 with coils up to 20-inches. Amazing what this unit is doing on depth, just haven't got over a large one yet. Took 4 out of this spot with the GPZ this weekend. Hope you enjoyed, more coming soon. P.S. Still have GPZ 7000 in stock if anyone is searching for one. Roo
Good one Rob. They sure get the littlies deep. My noisy Zed turned out to be something to do with the coil connector. It was assembled at the shop by the seller. To cut a long story short I undid it, it seemed done up right, but after I refitted it all is ok. For some reason there must have been a touchy contact or something. Found 9.5 g so far. Anyone who has one that seems uncontrollable like mine was might want to undo the connector, give it a blow on the contacts and redo it. Thankfully that was all mine was.
