Admin nuggethunting Posted December 25, 2006 Admin Report Share Posted December 25, 2006 Hello All, Here is a picture that was sent to me from some prospecting adventures many years ago. I believe I was using the original SD2000, but it might have been when the SD2100 first came out. I'm thinking SD2000 cause that was the first Leather Control Box Covers that Doc designed many years ago. I was working some old bench gravels along a major gold bearing creek in the Bradshaw Mountain Range. Well that was at least 8-10 years ago. I now have some Gray Hair, gained weight, a bit uglier .... but I'm using the Minelab GPX-4000! P.S. No, I'm not Chinese! Admin nuggethunting Posted December 25, 2006 Author Admin Report Share Posted December 25, 2006 Hello Bigfoot, The Minelab I was using was actually the SD2000, which was the first Minelab Pulse Induction (PI) Metal Detector. This detector was deadly quiet, but didn't have the sensitivity as the SD2100/2200 or the newer GP series. Man, that clear water dredging is the shit! That is the type of dredging I love, too bad Arizona water is so damn seasonal (if we get any). Gold Dredging is one of my true passions.
