Like the better color as it is pleasing to look at and light weight, didn't find any gold but did find more trash than usual, just got to get over something yellow. I really love the 14-inch elliptical for all around hunting, but the 18.5-inch gets great depth and still has good sensitivity to smaller gold at depth on the GPX-4000.
