enigmatic
I was using a pinpointer next to my SD2100 and I could hear the detector singing off when i turned on and used the pinpointer. After about a minute the Minelab was acting funny picking up the pinpointer then it went silent and just died! It would not turn back on and my red light was out on my lithium-ion battery. I installed a new battery and it came back on-line with no problems. has anyone had this happen to them before? Guido
Admin nuggethunting Posted November 20, 2008 Admin Report Share Posted November 20, 2008 Hey Guido, What pinpointer brand were you using? I haven't had any of the DetectorPro pinpointers shut down any Minelab metal detectors. The new "Pistol Pulse Pinpointer" is a very hot item right now and probably gets the best depth I've seen out of any pinpointer.
