pocket rocket battery

Hey MtnHunter,

Glad you seen the ad. If you're using the SD series (SD2000, 2100 or 2200) you're going to be able to run your SD at a higher voltage. The stock voltage is 6 volts, but after several hours of detecting the stock lead acid battery will start to drop in voltage. This means you will start to sacrifice some depth and sensitivity (audio also) as the day goes on. With the Coiltek Pocket Rocket System you can run at either 6.7 or 7.3 reglated volts the entire day. This will equate to more stability, better sensitivity, depth and the fact it's the lightest battery system available for any Minelab PI.

If you're using the GP (Extreme, 3000 or 3500) or the GPX (4000 or 4500) series you will only get the benefit of the lightweight battery.

I love this system and used it all the way from the SD series through the GP series up to the recent GPX series.

I always have them in stock if you're interested. If you're in Arizona, stop over at the Phoenix GPAA Gold Show at the State Fairgrounds Feb. 14th and 15th to see them in person.

Take care,

Rob Allison
