If you have ever researched claims you know what I mean. After hearing about our recent discussions about "overclaiming" on Rob's list she decided to add a Law and Policy section to the Ripple Library. She posted the most basic of mining laws, the 1866 Mining Law and the 1872 Mining Law. You will also find copies of the FLPMA (Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976) and the BLM Policy Manual dealing with mining.There is some good stuff in there.
