Scored the smallest baby ring ever over the weekend at an old abandoned farmhouse. Didn't find much else; 54' Rosie, some wheats and war nickel. The ring cleaned up nice though.Showing it next to a seated dime for scale.

Had found this half dime earlier in the year in a cornfield that was the site of a church and school house. I had thought it was play money at first so I just tossed it in the bag to clean up later. It was just before the cleanup at home I noticed it had an edge. It was near the school house where I was finding pieces of a toy gun. Got beat up pretty good by plows though. Found a 1889 Indian Head as well.

Seems I was Lord of the Rings this weekend. A couple of white ones with one fatty. That one crushed silver one I might have restored if possible. These came out of an area that has been pounded over and over again by all types of detectors including me with an ETrac. That CTX is one hell of a machine. Great target separation.
