This has been a coil asked about for years. It's finally here, so all you Minelab Eureka Gold users this is your chance to get that small searchcoil.

Rob I've owned a couple of eurekas and liked them but always wished there was a smaller coil to try out on it.
I think that new 6" may be able to produce a whole new side to the eureka's productivity.
I hope to see some opinions/results on it soon.

Hey Frank,

I agree with you. The original Minelab 6-inch DD was very popular back in the day, then Minelab discontinued the searchcoil. I think this new coil will work great on the Minelab Eureka Gold metal detector. I have added a few pictures on the original post and the coil is now available for sale through our online store.

I personally found one of my first biggest nuggets with a early Minelab VLF using the Minelab 6-inch DD Round in the Bradshaw mountains.

Hey Rob and all!

I cant agree more, it was a great coil back when they were available... Now we are pleased to once again provide this small coil option!.

Great for the 60kHz setting...

Yes your right nvchris.. works on all those XT machines too...

Testing this out in the field impressed all of us and its ability to handle the hotter ground we were in was a great attribute. The 10x5" handled it but had more of a chatter and instability on the swing whereas the 6" was smoother and no falsing.

We are looking forward to hearing how they go in the market! I hope to have a video on them soon on our Youtube Channel to show their performance capabilities.

Best of luck to all!

Regards,

Trevor
