DigDeep
I finally got it back from Minelab (from the recall thing, Minelab calls it an upgrade) on Wed and took it out for a few hours to see if it was any better or different. Well it ran a little quieter and it did seem a bit more sensitive using the same settings and timings. But not a night and day difference in performance. Now if would just cool down a little so I can make full day trips.......Thank you Rob for the JP DVD's, They are Great, I learned a ton about the 4500. M.O. is in the mail, I did not think you would send them until I got the money to ya, went out today. You have a loyal customer for life.......When is the DVD with you in it going to be released?DigDeep
Admin nuggethunting Posted July 25, 2008 Admin Report Share Posted July 25, 2008 Hey DigDeep, The JP DVD's are a FREEBIE! Don't send any money for them, as they were part of my bundle package when you purchase a new GPX-4500 metal detector. Great to hear you got your 4500 back from Minelab USA. Hear they are replacing eight capacitors on the main board. AZO's DVD should be out around the end of August from what I heard. I will know more after this weekend hopefully. Talk with you later,Rob Allison
