Chrisman91 Posted March 9, 2011 Report Share Posted March 9, 2011 Does anyone know of a dealer that would allow a person to make payments on one of the higher end Minelab units while keeping the detector in his possession until it is paid off? Unfortunately, there is no way that I can afford to drop $4,000 to $6,000 on a metal detector in one shot; and I am not willing to "charge" a recreational item of that price to a card. I already have 3 gold detectors (MXT, Gold Bug Pro, and a GMT) but I hear the minelab's are so much better. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

On a GPX5000 that would be $1,400 down and the remainder paid within 12 payments ($350 each). If this is something you're interested in, get back with me. If you decide to back out of the deal at anytime, I charge a 10% restocking fee. This is about the best deal I can offer on a layaway type plan.
