oldies1955 Posted December 16, 2011 Report Share Posted December 16, 2011 What! its yellow Ok...welp took the quad out for its shakedown cruise today. It did awsome. Kind of proud of myself putting that thing back together when I brought it home in 4 milk crates! Quads are the way to go, thats for sure. Was able to get some detecting in on some old areas and some new. Man, I thought I had one when I was chipping out bedrock and getting a nice mellow signal....just a bullet. Grrrr.I was lucky I didnt get killed with the amount of live 22 shells I dug up. Welp, will try again on Sunday.Good luck out there allTom H. If you want to get your ears blasted about every 2 ft....have at it! It was a good day. I broke the quad in and cleaned up the desert a little.
