All of our thoughts and prayers are out to him family and friends. Cleator is a great place and a part of Arizona history. Old Tom Posted September 5, 2013 Report Share Posted September 5, 2013 I haven't been there very much after Tom Cleater died. A Lady took over the bar and it wasn't much the same I think her name was Cathrin I might be wrong on that though. I used to bring her a load of wood to burn when I passed going to the Peck Mine to visit with Kelly Painter. They are all gone now and are missed, all were characters in there own right. I don't know many there now, maybe Virgil but lost track of him. It's a unique place probably best known for the end of the world folks from California that came there and left when the world didn't come to an end.
