Admin nuggethunting Posted January 6, 2014 Admin Report Share Posted January 6, 2014 Hello All, Saturday I got up early and decided to take the quad on a long journey out West. Spent majority of the day running up and down the roads and trails looking for anything that might catch my attention. A few prospects and mines here and there, but nothing really stood out and said "Right Here!" I decided to hit a few spots here and there and ended up finding three small nuggets throughout the course of the day. The biggest one was 1.6 Dwt's. The smallest is about a grain in size (won't even weight in Grams) and the middle piece was 0.4 Grams. No bonanza, but had fun searching and finding a few bits in a new spot. I was using the Minelab GPX 5000 and 14x9 Coiltek Blitz Mono Searchcoil. Take care,Rob Allison

Admin nuggethunting Posted January 7, 2014 Author Admin Report Share Posted January 7, 2014 Hey Guys, Thanks for all the comments. Always fun to find gold in new locations. Oldies, Yes the area has a lot of potential. However, that requires more exploration - meaning more driving, quading and footwork along the way. Talk with you all later,
