T-Wil
Hello everyone, Im lookimg for some assistance. I recently purchase 2 small gold nuggets that look like they were glued to a placard at one point since there are small spots of what looks like glue on them. Im looking for the best way to remove without damaging the nuggets. Thank you in advance for your help.

Admin nuggethunting Posted July 25, 2019 Admin Report Share Posted July 25, 2019 Hey T-Wil, Yes, Acetone will work. I found this statement on Google about removing Super Glue on Plastic - Quote Begin by moistening a cotton ball or paper towel with pure acetone, available at hardware stores or some beauty supply stores. Blot the glue with the paper acetone piece until it starts to soften. When the glue softens, blot it with a clean cloth to remove. Continue until all of the glue is removed.
