Guest sandtrap Posted October 17, 2011 Report Share Posted October 17, 2011 ConfusedI became confused when I heard the word "Service" used with these agencies:Internal Revenue 'Service' U.S. Postal 'Service' Telephone 'Service' Cable TV 'Service' Civil 'Service' State, City, County & Public 'Service' Customer 'Service' This is not what I thought 'Service' meant. But today, I overheard two farmers talking, and one of them said he had hired a bull to 'Service' a few cows. BAM!!! It all came into focus. Now I understand what all those agencies are doing to us. If anyone has noticed on my business cards, it says 100% customer satisfaction. I recently had a customer tell me I need to change that, they were not satisfied. There was a minor breakdown in shipping and an issue of charging tax or not. Long story short, we made a mistake, I granted free shipping originally, refunded the tax charge and added a $25 credit toward any purchase in the future. As most know, I ship product ASAP and never had a complaint on shipping, this was the first. I believe I done the right thing and that's what counts!
