Admin nuggethunting Posted June 13, 2012 Admin Report Share Posted June 13, 2012 Hey Dave, What a great find. When I was at Ganes Creek, the first day I arrived I met a guy from Leadville, CO. He was at Ganes a week before our group arrived. He was excited to meet me and thought I might have some tips for the area. Heck, it was my first time on the ground, if anything I would learn from him. His first week he didn't find a single piece of gold, but the first day of the second week, BAM!!He scored a nice 16+ ouncer and not far from it another 2+ ouncer.
