Admin nuggethunting Posted January 26, 2016 Admin Report Share Posted January 26, 2016 Hello All, Haven't been out too much, but here are 5 small batches of gold nuggets from various placer locations here in Arizona. All the gold was found with my Minelab GPZ 7000. I also found one of the smallest nuggets to date with the GPZ shown below. The piece is .6 grains (480 grains to a Troy ounce). I'm pretty convinced the GPZ can find gold just as small as the SDC 2300 now with the settings I'm using. The SDC just makes the pinpointing portion much easier with the small coil. The tiny dink I told you about, under a grain in size and at about an inch deep on bedrock - How about this Sunbaker sitting right on the bedrock - It's still out there!
