There was others dealers that were awarded some great awards also and deserved it. The Customer Care and Customer Care Champion have always been my focus as they are based on more of a personal connection with the customers when it comes to service, sales and support at and beyond the sale. Hey Frank, no bonus checks included. Just some really nice awards and knowing you're a part of a great team. We have goals in place to shoot for a sales award in the future, but toggling two full time jobs (Dawn and I), running the business, maintaining a family life and training customers, its no easy task. We are also very proud of the awards you won at the Minelab Partner's Conference. Arizona Outback (AZO) won two awards, one was a "Sales Excellence Award," and then the "Pioneer Award." The Pioneer Award rewards creativity, invention and entrepreneurship. The Minelab Pioneer has taken initiative to suggest, communicate and champion a new idea, policy or product that has resulted in improving Minelab’s position in the industry from a sales, service or industry perspective. Pioneers in American history have explored and travelled to undiscovered places and often places that are not yet understood; such is the case with AZO.Both of these awards were Top Industry Awards given by Minelab. It's an admirable and rare quality in business to find two people who strive to make each transaction beneficial to both the buyer and seller. Their service has always been superior and genuine.Honesty and a genuine desire to do good business can make life a bit rough in a business that admittedly has some pretty shady characters.
